PolyFunded provides a simulated trading platform designed to evaluate trading skills and knowledge. Our service offers users the opportunity to participate in simulated trading evaluations across various financial instruments, including cryptocurrency and prediction markets. All trading activity on PolyFunded is simulated and does not involve real money or actual financial transactions. This platform is intended for skill assessment and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

To use PolyFunded, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from using our services by any applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

3. Account Rules

When participating in our evaluation programs, you must adhere to the following rules:

• Each evaluation account has specific profit targets, daily loss limits, and maximum drawdown restrictions that must be followed
• You may only have one active evaluation account per account size at any given time
• All trading must be conducted in accordance with the rules specified for your chosen evaluation tier
• Violation of account rules may result in immediate account termination without refund
• Account sharing, transferring, or selling is strictly prohibited

4. Payout Policy

Upon successful completion of an evaluation and meeting all requirements:

• Payouts are processed from evaluation fee revenue, not from trading profits
• Payout amounts and profit splits are determined by your chosen evaluation tier
• All payouts are subject to verification and compliance checks
• Payouts may be delayed or withheld if we detect any violation of these terms or suspicious activity
• We reserve the right to modify payout terms at any time, with changes applying only to new evaluations

Payouts are issued as rewards for demonstrating trading skill through our evaluation process. They are not guaranteed and are subject to successful completion of all evaluation requirements.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated trading systems, bots, or scripts without explicit authorization
• Exploiting platform bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
• Engaging in market manipulation, arbitrage, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the evaluation
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent evaluation rules or limits
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to trade on your behalf
• Using our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our proprietary algorithms or data

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and may result in legal action.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PolyFunded SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM SYSTEM FAILURES, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our platform or services
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use our service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. Any pending payouts may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our service.
